Statewide Salary and Benefits surveys. The salary survey includes
over two-hundred-fifty (250) benchmark jobs each year, and the benefits
survey solicits detailed data for more than a dozen employee benefit
program categories.

About
our President
Juana
"J.C." Ayers is President for HR Management Partners, Inc., and
is based in the Central Division Corporate Headquarters (St. Petersburg).
Ms. Ayers brings to HRMP both public and private sector professional
experience in the fields of compensation, performance management,
labor and employment analysis, variable and incentive pay programs,
and human resources administration. Ms. Ayers is the former Florida
State Manager for an international human resources consulting firm,
and served as Project Director for numerous compensation and labor
studies. Ms. Ayers is also a former Compensation Manager for a national
software company and a Fortune 500 international restaurant chain.
She has held key HR positions in both city and county governments.
She earned her degree in International Studies and her Master's degree
in Public Administration, both from the University of West Florida.
She also served as adjunct professor in HR Administration at National
Luis University, Tampa, Florida.
Ms. Ayers is frequently a featured conference
speaker and, with engagements over the past several years at the
annual Florida Public Personnel Association (FPPA) conferences. She
conducts workshops and seminars in effective administration of
compensation, classification and performance management systems. She
has also been a featured speaker for World at Work, known formerly
as the American Compensation Association (ACA) of which she is a
current member. Ms. Ayers brings to HRMP comprehensive expertise in
HR administration and systems management solutions.
